Returns Policy

 

Things don't always go as expected, and sometimes goods may have to be returned – a product may be defective, you have received the wrong item etc.

General Brightgreen Returns Policy
Brightgreen is happy to exchange a product or provide you with a credit on your Brightgreen account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.
If a product is wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a store credit or refund. Brightgreen will pay all freight charges. Defective Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. Brightgreen will pay all freight charges.
All return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery unless defective.

 

 

How to request a return

 

 

1. To return an item you MUST first obtain a Return Authorisation from a Brightgreen Customer Service Representative.
You will need to contact us via e-mail at info@brightgreen.net.au We will evaluate your return request, and (if appropriate) issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA). We will also provide you address details of where to send your return.
2. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.
Send your item to the return address we will provide. All items returned COD without prior arrangement will incur a freight charge (this will be deducted from the exchange value). Also, please pack goods appropriately - goods packaged without due care may render the return agreement null and void.
3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped, or a credit/refund issued as the case demands.

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

 

• The return must be received by Brightgreen within a reasonable time after the RA number has been issued.
• Replacement product will only be shipped after the item in question has been received by Brightgreen.
• All returns must have an RA number.
• Any item that is returned to Brightgreen without an RA number will be returned to sender.
• Brightgreen recommends that high value goods be returned via registered post.
• If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first at info@brightgreen.net.au to confirm if your return can be accepted.
